Summary: The ThinkCode service is free to use. The source code, design, and content remain proprietary. You own the output generated by our tools. You are not allowed upload illegal, malicious, or infringing content. You are not allowed to upload others' data without their written permission.


1. Service Usage Rights

You are granted a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use ThinkCode services unless otherwise stated. This includes:

  • All web-based developer tools
  • API endpoints for automated processing
  • Generated results and outputs from tools
  • Downloaded or copied content created by our tools

You own all output generated by our tools and may use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without attribution.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights to the underlying platform, code, or intellectual property.


2. Proprietary Rights

The following are proprietary and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws:

  • Source code – Backend and frontend application code
  • Design & UI – Visual designs, layouts, styles, and user interface elements
  • Brand assets – Logos, color schemes, typography, and identity materials
  • Content – Documentation, descriptions, and written content
  • Data – Databases, schemas, raw data

All Rights Reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our source code, design, or content without prior explicit written permission.


3. Third-Party Components

This project uses open-source libraries and frameworks governed by their respective licenses, including but not limited to:

  • Symfony Framework – MIT License
  • Stimulus – MIT License
  • Tabler.io – MIT License
  • Other dependencies

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The ThinkCode services, website, APIs, and features are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not assume responsibility or liability for:

  • User-uploaded data
  • Tool-generated results or outputs
  • Third-party content, links, or integrations
  • Data loss, corruption, or security incidents
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the services, if any, during the 12 months prior to the claim.


5. User Responsibilities

By using ThinkCode, you agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not upload illegal, malicious, or infringing content
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Not abuse API endpoints or overload infrastructure
  • Indemnify and hold harmless ThinkCode, its owners, affiliates, and staff from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services or violation of this Agreement

6. Privacy & Data Processing

Some tools process data entirely in your browser. For API endpoints:

  • We do not permanently store or log processed content without notifying you for long-term
  • Temporary processing occurs on our servers
  • We may use third-party processors to process data without prior notice

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of this Agreement or for operational reasons.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease, but the disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification clauses shall survive termination.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia), excluding its conflict of law rules.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany or Ukraine, at the discretion of the Company.
