This Content Policy explains the rules and responsibilities related to any content uploaded, shared, generated, or published through ThinkCode (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Content Policy.


1. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, submit, generate, or make available through the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Text, code, files, images, videos, and data
  • Any generated outputs using our tools
  • Metadata, configuration, or structured content

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use the content.
  • Your content does not infringe or violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).
  • Your content complies with this Content Policy and our Terms of Use.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, publish, generate, or share any content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of third parties
  • Contains illegal, defamatory, libelous, harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful material
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, terrorism, or harm against individuals or groups
  • Contains malware, viruses, exploits, or any malicious code
  • Misleads users or impersonates another person or organization
  • Violates privacy, confidentiality, or data protection laws
  • Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material (unless explicitly permitted by law and platform scope)
  • Is intended to abuse, spam, or overload our infrastructure or third-party services

We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or block any content that violates these rules or poses a security, legal, or reputational risk.


3. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right, but have no obligation to:

  • Review, monitor, or moderate content
  • Remove or disable access to any content at our discretion
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this Content Policy
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or regulators if required by law

All moderation decisions are final and may be taken without prior notice.


4. Generated Content

Content generated by the Service may be based on user inputs, third-party data, or automated tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and legality of any generated content before use.
  • Generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended material.
  • You own the output generated by the Service (as described in the License Agreement) but remain responsible for how you use it.

We do not guarantee or endorse the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated content.


5. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may display or link to third-party websites, content, or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party content
  • Any damages or liabilities arising from your use of such third-party resources

Accessing third-party content is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.


6. Reporting Content

If you believe content hosted on or generated by the Service violates this Content Policy or applicable law, you can report it to us through our official channels. We will review valid reports and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.


7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for user-generated content, including:

  • Any illegal or infringing content uploaded by users
  • Content processed or stored temporarily by the Service
  • Content generated or provided through third-party integrations

Users remain fully responsible for their uploaded and generated content.


8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia), excluding its conflict of law rules.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany or Ukraine, at the discretion of the Company.
